New F-gas Regulation -- Unfavorable Future for HFCs?

On December 16, 2013, the European Union (EU) agreed to a tentative deal to partially ban the use of hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs), greenhouse gases that are widely used in refrigeration and air conditioning.
