Ice: So nice, we export it ... to Quebec City

When you look out the window Saturday and watch the unseasonable winter rain pouring down for the second straight weekend, think back to Montreal’s glory days, when the city was king of all things ice. Weep, like the huge blocks of ice that were hauled downriver this week to build the Palais de glace for Quebec City’s 2014 Carnaval and are now sweating buckets in the drizzle.
