Whirlpool Wins Decision in Case Against LG, Samsung

Whirlpool Corp. won a decision in its appeal of a case aimed at stopping what it sees as dumping of refrigerators on the U.S. market by Korean appliance makers LG and Samsung. On January 13, the U.S. Court of International Trade agreed with Whirlpool Corp.
