Xianghe Qinhua Refrigeration Technology invested the projects of semiconductor chilling device and semiconductor chilling system with annual production capacity of 10 million and 5 million respectively in Xianghe, Hebei, with total investment of RMB 600 million and an estimated annual sales value of RMB 360 million.
