Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and Hitachi Announce Matters Related to Business Integration in the Thermal Power Generation Systems

Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd. and Hitachi, Ltd. today announced that the two companies decided the corporate name and representative of a new company established by MHI for integrating the business centered on the thermal power generation systems of MHI and Hitachi following the announcement on July 31, 2013 titled "Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and Hitachi Conclude Absorption-Type Company Split Agreement on Business Integration in the Thermal Power Generation Systems Field."
