Toshiba Shifts Date for Reorganization of Home Appliances/Visual Products

Toshiba Corp. has rescheduled the reorganization of its home appliances and visual products businesses. Toshiba said it September it will spin off its visual products business and transfer it to Toshiba Home Appliances Corp.
