Portland State Will Build Green Roof Research Site on Walmart Store

The design of green roofs - including its energy efficiency enhancing and heat island mitigating features - is expected to improve following a two-year research partnership between Portland State University (PSU) and Walmart that will collect in-depth data on the largest green roof installation in Portland.
