3.2 Spain

During year 2012 nothing changed substantially in the Spanish economy compared with the previous year so the country was facing same problems, perhaps with better perspectives, but with a heavy task ahead. As the government main goal was to control and reduce the fiscal deficit at all levels, the austerity measures were introduced by practically every public administration, ended with lack of investments, difficult access to financing and high unemployment rate.
