Governments prepare for 2015 universal climate agreement

The UN Climate Change Conference in Warsaw ended on Saturday, attempting to keep governments on a track towards a universal climate agreement in 2015. The conference included significant new decisions that will aim to cut emissions from deforestation and on loss and damage.
