CMC Sells Howell Metal Subsidiary to Mueller

Commercial Metals Company (CMC) announced that it has completed the sale of 100 percent of the stock of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Howell Metal Company, to Mueller Copper Tube Products Inc., a subsidiary of Mueller Industries Inc., for a purchase price of approximately $58.5 million, subject to customary purchase price adjustments.
