Concepcion gets final green light for IPO

AIR-CONDITIONER manufacturer Concepcion Industrial Corp. has secured Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) approval to go public next month, the bourse said yesterday. “The board of directors of The Philippine Stock Exchange, Inc., in its regular meeting on Oct. 9, approved the application of Concepcion Industrial, subject to certain conditions…” PSE said in memorandum uploaded on its Web site, referring to the firm’s application to list on the bourse.
