Danfoss Completes Full Aquisition of Sauer-Danfoss

After more than 10 years as part-owner, Danfoss has now officially brought the Sauer-Danfoss business wholly into its business structure through an acquisition completed earlier this year -- expanding the company’s business to include mobile hydraulic and electrohydraulic solutions.
