Sinopec Lubricant Singapore Plant Puts into Operation

Sinopec Lubricant has built up its plant in Singapore, which is the first overseas manufacturing base by Chinese lubricant enterprises. The company will further invest to establish an integrated lubricant business model in overseas market, covering investment, manufacturing, sales and management.
