On August 12, the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ), and Certification and Accreditation Administration of China (CNCA) jointly announced the No. 34 Notice on the implementation of new energy-saving standards of inverter air conditioners, washing machines and lamps.
