Edinburgh Fringe Festival goes green

The event, which has been organised by the FMB (Federation of Master Builders), the NSCC (National Specialists Contractors’ Council), SELECT (Scottish Electrical Federation) and SNIPEF (Scottish & Northern Ireland Plumbing Employers’ Federation), is aiming to raise the profile of low carbon building in Scotland.
