Johnson Controls, a global leader in delivering solutions that increase energy efficiency in buildings, cut annual utility costs by $105,000 at ManpowerGroup’s six-year-old LEED-gold headquarters. The project paid for itself in 12 months by adjusting the building equipment and its operations to meet current conditions, a process called retro-commissioning.
