SDI Acquires Systems Integrator i-sys

SDI (System Development.Integration LLC), a leading systems integrator of mission-critical technologies and infrastructure, has announced the acquisition of i-sys Corp, a national systems integrator that delivers integrated security, environmental, and fire safety solutions. SDI said the acquisition will extend its service network coverage throughout the United States, while adding further technical expertise.
