Distech Welcomes Samsung Ventures as New Investor

Distech Controls Inc., a leader in energy management solutions, has announced that Samsung Ventures Investment Corp., Seoul, Korea has become a shareholder of Distech. Samsung Ventures joins Distech’s existing group of investors and founder, president, and CEO of Distech Controls, Etienne Veilleux, as shareholders.
