Swegon Acquires Walter Meier

Swedish ACR equipment specialist Swegon has announced an agreement to acquire Walter Meier (Klima Deutschland) in Germany, a subsidiary of the Swiss Walter Meier Group. In Germany, the company recorded a turnover of 37 million in 2012, selling air conditioner units from Fujitsu General (Japan) and chillers from Blue Box (Italy).
