India's hospitality industry is digesting the news of a 12 per cent service tax and the effect it will have on their business. Restaurants who can't take the heat may end up closing shop. Eating out is going to become a costlier affair in India - with plans to levy a service tax of 12 per cent on all air-conditioned restaurants.
