Zamil Buys Indian Coil Company, Reduces Interests in Geoclima

Zamil Industrial Investment Company (Zamil), the Saudi-based manufacturing company and leading air conditioning producer, has acquired the Indian coil manufacturer Advantec Coils Private Limited (ACPL), while reduced its shareholding in Italian chiller manufacturer Geoclima S.r.l. as part of a restructuring of its business.
