RCS Kide, a joint venture between Roots Cooling Systems (RCS), a leading Indian manufacturer of evaporative cooling and ventilation systems and Kide, a part of Spanish company Mondragon, to produce discontinuous PUF panels with cam locks for cold storages, clean rooms and telecom shelters was ended effective December 31, 2011.
