Since March 1, 2012, for customers that buy Midea DC inverter air conditioner in China, a ‘Free Change’ service will be enjoyed within two years from the purchasing day if the product itself has some defects; meanwhile, the exclusive policy of ‘unconditional ten-year maintenance for inverter air conditioners,’ which was initiated by Midea can still be enjoyed.
