Broad-Ocean Motor to Secure the Rare Earth for High-perfomance Motors

Broad-Ocean Motor announced the plans to invest RMB 102 million (US$ 16 million) in Ningbo Co-Star Materials Hi-Tech on September 24. Though this additional capital investment and acquisition of other shareholders’ stock, Broad-Ocean Motor will hold 51% of the shares of Ningbo Co-Star.
