Beijing to Implement Evaluation Standards for Green Buildings

The Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban Rural Development released the ‘Evaluation Standards for Green Buildings.’ The standards, which regulate that the area of each person cannot exceed 49 m2, are to be implemented from December 1, 2011.
