National Subsidies for Energy-saving Renovations in Ningxia

On July 4, the Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Housing and Urban- Rural Development allocated RMB 22 million (about US$ 3.4 million) to energy-saving renovations for existing residential buildings in Ningxia, a province in the northwest of China.
