Montreal Committee Grants US$ 265 Million to China

The government of China and the Executive Committee of the Multilateral Fund reached an agreement to reduce China’s consumption of HCFCs at the 64th Meeting of the Executive Committee held in Montreal, Canada from July 25 to 29, 2011.
