Chinese Consumers’ confidence in the strength of the economy for the next 6 months was at 55.4% in the second quarter of 2011, down from 61.4% in the first quarter of 2011, according to ProsperChina. Confidence is also lower than in 2Q 2010, when it stood at 56.5%.
