Two years have passed since we interviewed Dong Mingzhu, president of Gree. Gree’s sales revenue in 2010 reached RMB 60.8 billion (about US$ 9.4 billion), representing 42.6% growth on a year-on-year basis. Ms. Dong received a ‘Stars of China’ award for 2010, the second time she has received this prestigious award. In April, JARN once again visited Zhuhai to interview Ms. Dong and ask about the latest developments at Gree.
