Midea Establishes Welling R&D Center

Welling (Shanghai) R&D Center, Midea Group’s first R&D center located out of Shunde, was established on March 29. Professor Zhu Ziqiang, the well-known motor and control expert from the University of Sheffield (the UK), was invited to serve as the first director of the R&D center. About 110 distinguished guests from universities, industry associations, media and the top management of Midea Group attended the opening ceremony.
