Honeywell and DuPont Create JV to Manufacture HFO-1234yf

Honeywell and DuPont have announced a manufacturing joint venture to produce HFO-1234yf for use in automotive air conditioning systems. The new refrigerant has 99.7% lower global warming potential (GWP) than the refrigerant currently used.
