Hitachi–Johnson Controls Air Conditioning Unveils New CDU with R448A

Hitachi–Johnson Controls Air Conditioning has released 2.2 to 6.0 kW (3 to 8 hp) models for air-cooled remote control type condensing units. The new products have been added to the lineup of outdoor installation type (air-cooled integrated type) compact direct current (DC) inverter type condensing units for refrigerating and freezing that use the next-generation refrigerant R448A. Shipping of the new products started in June.
