IEA Executive Director meets Sweden Energy Minister

Dr Fatih Birol, the IEA's Executive Director, met with Hon. Ibrahim Baylan, Sweden's Minister for Policy Co-ordination and Energy, and the Chair of the next IEA Ministerial Meeting, which will be held in Paris in November 2017.
