Volution acquires German ventilation manufacturer

Volution Holdings, which comprises five businesses including Manrose and Vent-Axia, has acquired the assets and business of Oko-Haustechnik inVENTer GmbH (inVENTer), a leading manufacturer of decentralised residential heat recovery ventilation products in Germany.
