GLP begins construction of ALFALINK Ibaraki I in Osaka

Tokyo, 11 January 2022 - GLP announced that it has broken ground on GLP ALFALINK Ibaraki 1, a large-scale six-storey logistics facility with a total floor area of ~165,000 sqm in Ibaraki City, Osaka Prefecture. GLP ALFALINK Ibaraki 1 is the first building of GLP ALFALINK Ibaraki, which will comprise three facilities with a total floor area of ~320,000 sqm when complete, making it the largest logistics development in the Kansai region.
