DENSO Announces the Status of Repurchase of Treasury Stock

KARIYA (Japan) ― DENSO Corporation announced the status of repurchase of its treasury stock pursuant to Article 156 of the Companies Act (“the Act”) as applied pursuant to Article 165, Paragraph 3 of the Act, which was resolved at the board of directors meeting on July 29, 2022.
