Mitsubishi Electric: MEHITS For Green Place

Green Place is located within the Certosa Business District, in the northwest suburbs of Milan, near the Fieramilano exhibition center, and has a total area of 10 thousand square meters. The development, which includes offices, commercial spaces, and laboratories consists of three buildings, which connected create a semi-circle that overlooks a courtyard with rich vegetation and stone paths leading to the entrances. The buildings are characterized by large, glazed glass exteriors. The two larger buildings have five above ground floors and sandwich the smaller building which only has two floors. Below the courtyard there is a large parking lot. The two taller buildings are intended for offices and boast considerable flexibility in the management of interior spaces, with large open areas, which are easily divided, in the various combinations, and with adequate technological and plant equipment.
