JRAIA Holds Side Event at MOP 31 to Promote Japan’s F-gas Policy

The 31st Meeting of the Parties to the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer (MOP 31) was held from November 4 to 8, 2019 in Rome, Italy. During MOP 31, the Japan Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Industry Association (JRAIA) held a side event. At the event, Japan’s F-gas policy and the current status of measures to curb greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and to enhance the energy efficiency of products in the refrigeration, air conditioning, and heat pump (RACHP) sector were presented.
