Midea Accelerates Building of Global R&D Centers

Ever since its establishment in 1968, Midea has enjoyed a development history of 51 years, and aims to achieve sales revenue of RMB 300 billion (US$ 42 billion) in 2019. Midea has developed into a technology group covering household electrical appliances, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), robotics and automation systems, and innovation businesses. With these broader businesses, Midea successfully trans-formed into a global operating enterprise group, thanks to its research and development (R&D) and management.
