Greenhouse gases hit a record high according to the World Meteorological Organization

The World Meteorological Organization (WMO) hit the headlines last week with the news that 2019 was another record high for global greenhouse gas emissions.
 
The WMO’s- a United Nations (UN) agency- mandate is in the observation, information exchange and research of weather, climate and water.
