Venstar Announces New Ultra-Low-Power Wi-Fi Mini Temperature Sensor for Remote Management of Air Temperatures

Venstar®, a leading thermostat and energy management systems supplier, today announced its new ultra-low-power Wi-Fi® Mini Temperature Sensor (ACC-TSENWIFIMini). Compatible with Venstar’s ColorTouch®, Explorer® and Explorer Mini Wi-Fi connected thermostats, the new mini Wi-Fi sensor enables users to remotely measure indoor and outdoor air temperatures. Using two AAA batteries, the mini sensor is expected to stay powered longer than a year, assuming solid Wi-Fi connection.
