CAREL expands in the Orient and acquires 100% of CAREL Japan

In line with the organic growth policies that have been guiding CAREL’s commercial strategies for many years now, the Group has now acquired 100% of CAREL Japan, a distribution company operating since 2013 on the Japanese HVAC/R market that closed 2017 with sales of 59,213,582 Yen (around 455,000 euros).
