Midea Watchman is the standardised quantitative consumer testing in Midea OBM business to validate new concepts and products against the standard set of global success criteria. It was first initiated by Consumer & Market Insights (CMI) team from MIB Brand Management. Subsequently, with the help from CRC, it is now a compulsory consumer checkpoint embedded in OBM R&D process.
