Fondital to Start Manufacturing Radiators and Boilers in Russia

In the fall of 2018, the Italian company Fondital, which specializes in the manufacturing of heating radiators, gas boilers, and polypropylene pipes, is going to launch production in Russia. The plant is planned to open in the territory of the special economic zone (SEZ) Lipetsk.
 
It is expected that the factory will manufacture up to 10 million aluminum heating radiators per year. Moreover, it will produce gas boilers for use in private houses. According to Orlando Niboli, president of Fondital, more than 2.52 billion rubles (US$ 44 million) will be invested in the enterprise. In the initial stage, components made in Italy will be used, then production will be localized.
