Chinese HFC Phase-down Project Initiated in Beijing

Supported by the Kigali Cooling Efficiency Program and led by the U.S. Energy Foundation, a Chinese hydrofluorocarbon (HFC) phasedown project was initiated in Beijing on January 25, 2018 and will be officially enforced on January 1, 2019.
