Sainsbury’s unveils its first small CO2 system

Sainsbury’s is using its new Haslucks Green store, which it claims is the greenest convenience store in the UK, to provide a real-store trial of doors on its fridges. The Sainsbury’s Local in Solihull in the West Midlands is also running on the retailer’s first convenience-scale transcritical CO2 system, Epta’s ECO2-Small.
