Spectral Services Consultants (Spectral), India’s largest privately owned mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP) and green building consultancy, has joined AECOM Technology of the United States, a Fortune 500 provider of professional-, technical- and management- support services, with approximately 45,000 employees and revenues of US$ 7.3 billion as of March 31, 2011.
