CAR Attended the Annual Conference of AFF and Executive Committee Meeting of the IIR

Zhong-yue Qiu, executive vice secretary- general, together with another delegate of CAR attended the AFF Annual Conference and the IIR Executive Committee Meeting in France from June 1 to 12, 2010. Both organizations held the discussion and Qiu was awarded the Charles Tellier Award by AFF.
