Suning to Acquire Citicall Retail Management

Suning Appliance, one of the two Chinese home appliance giants, announced on December 30, 2009, that it has signed a contract to purchase Citicall Retail Management, a leading consumer electronics retailer in Hong Kong, for HK$ 35 million (about US$ 4.5 million).
