ENGIE Refrigeration-Successful in the World, at Home in Lindau
2017/05/23
ENGIE Refrigeration is a specialist for energy-efficient refrigeration and heat recovery based in Lindau at Lake Constance, Germany. JARN spoke with Managing Director Jochen Hornung about the company’s goals, plans, and low Global Warming Potential (GWP) refrigerants.

JARN (J): In the past year, you have accomplished a lot: the company is now no longer Cofely, but ENGIE Refrigeration. You have also moved to your new headquarters in Jose-phine-Hirner-Strase. How did you experience the past year?

Jochen Hornung (H): For us, 2016 was a really eventful year. We started it as Cofely Refrigeration in the Kemptener Strase and finished as ENGIE Refrigeration in the Josephine -Hirner-Strase. The path to getting there took a lot of effort, excitement, and work on the one hand, but on the other hand, we were connected with a lot of commitment, self-initiative, and joint effort. I would like to thank the entire team at this point.
